Some may have experienced issues trying to upload avatars on Picarto. There are two options to deal with this:

Clear Your Cache: Clearing your browser cache is often a great fix for annoying little problems that come up. You need to clear the cache, close the browser, re-open the browser and then log back in to your account.

Try a Different Browser: Our service usually works perfectly with most current browsers. But if clearing the cache doesn’t help out, switching to another browser than the one you’re using, private/incognito mode, may be the way to go.

But don’t worry, even if you can not see the updated avatar right away, it‘s visible to the other users.
